Electrolyte gel solution

ECG-EEG Gel is recommended in all diagnostic and medical applications, where it is necessary to reduce the contact resistances between the detection electrodes and the skin in the acquisition of bioelectrical signals (ECG, EEG, EMG, PE) or in use in therapeutic treatments to optimize the contact between the electrodes and the skin during the execution of electrical therapies such as (defibrillation, cardioversion, electrophysiotherapy), avoiding the risk of burns. The particular formulation characteristic guarantees a very high efficiency for the entire duration of the examination or of the long-term detection treatment.


ECG-EEG Gel is water based gel, enriched with electrolytes. It is absolutely hypoallergenic, water-soluble, does not damage detection electrodes.

Does not stain the clothes and it is absolutely not sticky on the skin after the application. The particular reticule structure of EEG-ECG Gel limits the effect of liquefaction of the gel caused by elevated saline content, in the case of body sweat and body grease contact, saving great quantity of gel used (there is no need to add more product during diagnostic process). EEG-ECG Gel is totally free of fragrance, which can cause allergic reactions of the primary type.

Does not contain formaldehyde and has neutral pH. The containers used are made of food grade material and are latex free.
